Inseparable Lisa and Lola are turning 18 and decide to spend the summer with a group of friends on a beach in the Mediterranean city of Marseille. The days are carefree and life is beautiful and full of endless possibilities. One night Lola goes for a swim and never comes out. During that night, young friends will become painfully aware of how fragile and fleeting life is. Lise will have to face the future without her best friend. As she wanders the city, chance encounters open up new perspectives for her. A tender coming-of-age story, winner of the Special Jury Prize in Locarno.
