Ticket sale starts on 15 October at kupiulaznicu.zff.hr. During pre-sale, 15 October – 9 November, all ticket prices are reduced by EUR 1, except for screenings in the KinoKino program.
During the presale, not all tickets are available for purchase, except for the screenings on Sunday, 16 November.

Ticket packages are available for purchase only at the CineStar Branimir box office, starting 9 Nov. and valid only for screenings at the CineStar Branimir and festival closing screening. The number of packages is limited.
*VAT is included in the ticket price.
20% discount: available for X-ica student card holders, pensioners, persons in wheelchairs and their escort, for the Main Program screenings at CineStar Branimir.
NOTE: Tickets can be purchased at cinemas CineStar Branimir, Kinoteka and MSU for all screenings at all cinemas. The seating at cinemas CineStar Branimir and Kinoteka is numbered. The seating at the MSU cinema is not numbered. In case you are late, we cannot guarantee seating will be available.
When purchasing your tickets, please note that only Love Box seats are available in the last rows of the theatres at CineStar Branimir (Row 9 in Hall 1 and Row 15 in Hall 7).
FREE PROGRAMS
Main program: International Short Films and Checkers (Cinema Kinoteka): ticket collection is available at Kinoteka cinema on the day of the screening, during box office opening hours. A portion of the tickets for the Checkers program will be distributed 30 min before the start of the screening. One person may claim a max. of 2 free tickets per screening.
Festivals in the Spotlight (Dokukino KIC): admission is free of charge on a first-come-first-served basis.
Industry: entry to masterclass programs is free and no ticket collection is necessary. Seating is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
EXCHANGE OF PURCHASED TICKETS OR REFUNDS
Exchange is possible up to 24 h before the screening, for another film from the same program in any of the cinemas.
Refunds are not possible, except in the case of screening cancellation or change of screening time. In that case, you can ask for a refund or exchange your ticket for another film from the same program at the same cinema.
ONLINE PROGRAMS
A selection of films from the CHECKERS and Festivals in the Spotlight programs is available for viewing at zff.hr during the festival.
