Assia Kovanova
Assia Kovanova (Sofia, 1973) is an animated film director, screenwriter, producer, illustrator, and designer. She graduated from the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts with a master’s degree in animation directing and later specialized in film and television cinematography. She has illustrated and designed numerous books and magazines. She is the art director and designer of the World Festival of Animated Film – Varna.
