            Pierre is diligently overseeing the completion of a tumultuous construction project, which seems to be governed solely by the laws of supply and demand. This bustling construction site is about to become a fancy eco-district. But for now, Pierre’s primary concern is making sure progress doesn’t come at the cost of safety.

            Nicolas Panay co-founded the Court en Scène International Short Film Festival in 2016 and was the festival’s director and selector for six years. His short films Breakpoint (2022) and Alarms (2024) premiered in Clermont-Ferrand and won a number of awards.
