Cookies, How and why do we use them?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on a device (computer, tablet or mobile phone) while browsing the Internet, including websites, and contain a series of characters in which open or encrypted information is placed.

The server sends cookies to your computer and stores them there. They primarily serve to identify the computer from which a website is opened. If you log in to a website, cookies are used to notify the server of the login and check the rights to open a particular page.

Cookies can improve the communication between our server and your computer and thus facilitate the use of our website. Cookies must not only be from the website owner but also from a third party, such as a social network or advertising network.

Through your browser, you have the option to view cookies from your computer, delete existing cookies, or adjust the configuration so that not all or no cookies are stored at all. Please note that some functions (such as login) will not work or will not work properly if you disable the setting of cookies.

How long do cookies last?
Each cookie has its own deadline. That deadline may be in the distant future. Thanks to cookies, the path of a user can be tracked through different parts of our website and also through other websites.
