A short dance film in which director and dancer Ella Posti dances in a duet with an excavator. The film delves into the relationship between the human body and the machine, showing how both can simultaneously embody enormous strength and delicate sensitivity.

Ella Posti

Ella Posti is a London-based director, choreographer and performer from Finland. As a dance artist she is intrigued by the endless possibilities of imagination and explores different ways of expressing one’s inner, most private self through movement. She incorporates film into her practice in order to create a more layered performance. She aims to connect with the audience beyond traditional classical theatre and make contemporary dance more accessible to a wider audience.
