Carlos F. De Vigo is a director and screenwriter. His debut animated feature Memoirs of a Man in Pajamas won the Gaudí Award. He has worked on a number of feature films in various roles. Alongside animator Lorena Ares, he co-manages the studios Dr. Platypus & Ms. Wombat. Together they directed the short film Cafuné, which won the Goya Award for Best Animated Short Film.
Lorena Ares worked as an animator on films such as Midnight’s Summer Dream, The Spirit of the Forest and Holy Night!. Together with her collaborator, director Carlos F. De Vigo, she co-manages the studios Dr. Platypus & Ms. Wombat. They co-directed the short film Cafuné, which won the Goya Award for Best Animated Short Film.
