Seventeen-year-old Christy is at a crossroads in his life. After being kicked out of his foster home in an affluent Irish suburb, he moves to a working-class neighborhood in Cork to live with his estranged older brother, Shane. As far as Shane is concerned, this is just a temporary arrangement. But Christy begins to feel at home, becomes involved in the local community and makes friends. After years of separation, the brothers are finally forced to confront their turbulent pasts and decide what they want from their lives. The first feature film by director Brendan Canty, who gained fame with the music video for Hozier's song "Take Me to Church." The film was awarded the Grand Prix of the International Jury in the Berlinale Generation 14plus program.
