An experimental documentary focusing on three experienced manual workers in Kosovo who have suffered workplace injuries. This deeply empathetic film draws attention to the harsh realities of labour within the capitalist machinery of the Balkans. Striking for its intimate treatment of the subject and distinctive visual storytelling, the film won the Tiger Short Award at the 2024 International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR).

Kosovar-Swiss director Ilir HASANAJ  graduated from the Zurich University of the Arts. He co-founded the alternative cinema Kino ARMATA in Prishtina. Hasanaj has worked as a programmer and moderator for the Kino Kosova Film Festival Switzerland. His documentary Me dasht’ me dasht’ me dasht’ (2017) was screened at the Toronto International Film Festival.
