A film crew wants to make a film starring a homeless woman, but under the guise of goodwill, they will end up tarnishing the woman’s image and won’t even give her the role. In other words, a film about the hypocrisy of filmmaking.

Adrian Sitaru is a renowned Romanian director and screenwriter. He is the author of five successful feature films and a number of shorts. His film Fixeur (2016) was Romania’s submission for an Oscar. He is the author of Ilegitim (2016; Berlinale – C.I.C.A.E. Award), Domestic (2012), Best Intentions (2011; Locarno – Best Director, Best Actor) and Hooked (2008), among others. He has also won awards for his short films, including Waves (2007), which screened at Sundance and won the Golden Leopard in Locarno.
