            A short tale of power, utopia, and madness, seen through the figure of King Ludwig II of Bavaria – doomed in his excessive dreams of beauty and foreseeing the dystopian reality of the times that would succeed him at the turn of the 20th century.

            Anton Bialas (Paris, 1990) is a director and writer whose films have been selected for numerous international festivals, including Cannes Critics’ Week, Berlinale, FIDMarseille, Visions du reel and others. He is currently working on his first feature film, FEMMINIELLI (The Last Piña Colada on Earth).
