Lara, an empathetic emergency medicine resident, helps bring a young man to the hospital after a brutal beating that was broadcast live on Facebook. Although he is in a coma, Lara starts to receive videos clips from his Facebook profile showing unidentified people watching the beating. She reports this to a detective who starts an investigation. The observers from the videos will turn into a nightmare in her own life, as Lara soon realises she too is an accomplice in this horrible event.
