ZFF at the Month of European Film (EFA)

See you at the biggest European watch party!

Around Europe, the Month of European Film takes place during November and at the start of December, organized by the European Film Academy. Its second edition will feature a record 75 cinemas from 40 countries!

This unique event celebrates the diversities of European film with special programs and events, and is held over six weeks around Europe in cooperation with the Europa Cinemas network, national cinema networks and streaming platforms (MUBI and DAFilm).

Zagreb Film Festival joins the marking of the Month of European Film through an important segment dedicated to young audiences by participating at the Young Audience Film Weekend (4 and 5 November) and Europe’s Biggest Watch Party of the dystopian road movie Everything Will Change, which will be available on Kino Europa’s webpage as part of ZFF’s PLUS program from Tuesday, 7 November.

Among other things, the Month of European Film program will encompass the nominations for the European Film Award (7 November), the European Arthouse Cinema Day organized by the International Association of Arthouse Cinemas CICAE, in cooperation with the EFA (12 November), and a number of lavish retrospectives of celebrated European artists. The event’s grand finale will be at the European Film Awards ceremony in Berlin on 9 December.
