The CineLink Producers’ Lab is a year-round training and networking programme developed by the Sarajevo Film Festival’s CineLink Industry Days for emerging producers from Southeast Europe and the Southern Caucasus with 3–5 years of professional experience. Structured in three modules – Slano (Slano Film Days), Sarajevo (Sarajevo Film Festival) and Zagreb (Zagreb Film Festival), the Lab equips participants to grow not only as project managers, but as strategic thinkers, content curators and future leaders capable of building sustainable and visionary production companies. The programme focuses on developing a strong production identity, navigating the business of film, and adapting to emerging trends and technologies.
