Small Markets, Big Stories

A round table on film industry in small eu countries

The round table will bring together key research findings on the state of the film industry in small EU countries with public policy and practice. By providing the comparative research insights from the CresCine project, with a special focus on Croatia and Denmark, the round table will open the discussion on the key challenges the industries from small EU countries are currently facing, and what would be possible (policy) solutions. The round table is organised by the Department for Culture and Communication, Institute for Development and International Relations (IRMO), as a part of the Horizon Europe CresCine project (2023 – 2026) – Increasing the international competitiveness of the film industry in small European markets: www.crescine.eu. Partners of the event are ZFF and ADU. The round table will be moderated by Jaka Primorac (Scientific Advisor at the Department for Culture and Communication, IRMO).
