35-year-old Eve desperately wants to be a mother. After the death of her grandmother, she goes to the island of Lanzarote to fulfil a promise to her grandmother that she would visit the Sardine Burial, a cathartic pagan festival. As soon as she arrives on the rocky island, Eva’s piece is disturbed by the arrival of her girlfriends who immediately start stirring up chaos. And the festival hasn’t even begun yet.
